PA -Audi A3 8L (1.8T) Front Mount Intercooler Kit

Description

In conjunction with Audi tuning experts Jabbasport we have developed this monstrous front mount intercooler kit for the 1.8t powered A3.

With over four times the frontal area of the standard unit our cooler will dramatically reduce the air intake temperatures and allow you to run more boost, whilst keeping turbo lag to an almost non-existent level with our high flow – High efficiency intercooler core design.

The addition of this kit also enables you do dispose of the restrictive ‘pan cake’ style casting which would normally be used to feed the standard intercooler.

All hoses and alloy pipes are 60mm in diameter.

Our intercooler core utilises the latest in alloy extrusion technology, which provides the ultimate in cooling efficiency whist remaining extremely strong.

(This is the same core as we use on our 608 B.H.P. Cosworth test car!) 

All our Intercooler Cores are manufactured to ISO 9001 quality assurance standards and have been tested to 100 P.S.I in our workshops during development.

This is a complete kit with all silicone hoses in black, alloy pipework, hose clips, nuts & bolts required for installation. This kit is easy to fit with no bumper cutting required.
