This one was designed from the ground up to make the best possible use of the available load space, while giving the customer a practical and organised storage solution tailored specifically to their needs.
The ply racking was designed and measured to suit the van, then cut and assembled in-house before being installed and secured into position. Every section has been carefully planned to maximise usable storage without unnecessarily taking away valuable load space.
The finished setup provides a combination of shelving and storage areas, giving the customer easy access to tools, equipment and materials while keeping everything secure and organised during day-to-day work.
Using quality ply construction gives the racking a strong yet practical finish, making it well suited to the demands of a busy working van. The bespoke design also means the layout can be built around the customer’s individual requirements rather than relying on a standard off-the-shelf system.
From initial design and cutting, right through to assembly and installation, this one was completed in-house and finished off with a clean, professional fit.
